在考试中，究竟应该使用怎样的文章结构，才能更快速的完成作文呢？
下面张老师以2018年6月的大学英语四级（CET 4）写作试题为例，分析一下如何对四级英语作文进行布局。
Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on the importance of speaking ability and how to develop it. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.
一、字数要求
四级作文要求大家写120至180个单词。虽然120个单词即可，但如果要保证作文的质量，大家最好能够写到至少160个单词，170个单词左右为最佳。
二、文章结构
四级作文的结构，可以按照如下方式划分4段：
- Introduction（第一段）
- Body Paragraph 1（第二段）
- Body Paragraph 2（第三段）
- Conclusion（第四段）
也就是说，每篇四级作文都可以按照上述结构写4段：第一段为开头段，中间两段为作文的主体部分，是拿分的部分，最后一段为总结段。
三、每个段落究竟写几句话
在180个单词的限制下，整片文章大概写约10句话，每段话的句子数量，及词汇数量大致可以分配如下：
- Introduction （2 句话，约30个单词）
- Body Paragraph 1（3-4句话，约60个单词）
- Body Paragraph 2（3-4句话，约60个代词）
- Conclusion（1句话，约20个单词）
四、例文分析
It is true that people will have to speak publicly at some time in their lives. Therefore, I think that speaking ability is of great significance and many approaches can be adopted to develop it.
Speaking ability is definitely important for people. College students are likely to present their views during a teaching session about nuclear weapons or an economic policy. Sales managers need to promote their products, such as smart phones and automobiles, to customers by effective speaking. Without the ability to speak confidently, those tasks will be unable to be completed efficiently.
Many ways can help people develop their speaking ability. Firstly, they could enroll in a course focusing on the art of public speaking, where they can master necessary skills needed for successful speaking, such as body languages and ways to support ideas. Secondly, they should take advantage of every chance to overcome shyness and practice their speaking skills.
In conclusion, I believe that the ability to speak confidently is quite necessary and that we should make efforts to improve ourselves in this respect.
